SAFETY VALVE

The safety valve is a fitting intended for the automatic protection of equipment and pipelines from unacceptable excess pressure from the discharge of excess working medium, the so-called mass drain. Safety fittings shall include: stabbing valves; Bypass valves, impulse stabbing devices. 

The Stabbing valve is a type of pipeline fittings intended for the automatic discharge of the working medium from the pipeline or container when the pressure of the medium is exceeded above the allowable.

A bypass valve is a type of stabbing valve designed to maintain the pressure of the working medium at the required level by passing it through the branch of the pipeline.

The impulse stabbing device is a type of safety valve which is a safety valve block consisting of a main and an impulse stabbing valve. The impulse valve in this device controls the main valve.
